"Vote Value System" is a system that calculates value of your vote depending of the payments that you receive from the state such as unemployment benefits, social assistance ect. VVS, determines the vote value for that citizen in negative proportion to the amount of these payments. When determining the value of a citizen's vote, only the financial support received since the last election is taken into account.
